Return & Cancellation Policy

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, regulatory, and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

Firearms

  • All firearm sales are final.
  • Once a firearm has been transferred to you and the ATF Form 4473 process is complete, it is considered used and not eligible for return.
  • Please inspect your firearm carefully before completing the transfer. If any issues or defects are identified, notify us immediately prior to accepting the transfer.

Ammunition

  • All ammunition sales are final and non-returnable due to safety regulations.

Triggers

  • All trigger sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Electronic Devices & Optics

This category includes ear defenders, laser pointers, distance/range finders, flashlights, optics, and other electronic or optical devices.

  • These products are protected by the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Repairs or replacements must be handled directly through the manufacturer.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for electronic devices or optics.

Accessory Returns

  • Return Period: Accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition with all tags, manuals, and components included.
  • Process: Bring the item and your receipt to the store. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Firearm Warranty Information

  • All new firearms include a manufacturer’s warranty.
  • For service or repair, customers should send the firearm directly to the manufacturer following the warranty guidelines.
  • We will provide assistance if needed.

Class III / NFA Items

Applies to suppressors, SBRs, machine guns, AOWs, and other ATF-regulated items.

  • Orders involving approved ATF documentation are subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
  • Documentation that is rejected or denied is also subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
