NEXT LEVEL RANGES UPDATE ON SUPPRESSOR TRANSFERS

Next Level Ranges is now offering qualifying suppressor transfers without an ATF Form 4 under the current federal injunction.

For customers who qualify, the purchase can be completed through the normal in-store firearm transfer process without the traditional Form 4, fingerprint, photograph, and ATF Form 4 approval wait.

To use this process at Next Level Ranges:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• For direct pickup at Next Level Ranges, you must be a Kentucky resident.
• You must be an active Gun Owners of America (GOA) member at the time of transfer and provide proof of current membership.
• You must present valid government-issued photo identification with your current address.
• You must complete ATF Form 4473 and satisfy the required background-check process.
• You must otherwise be legally eligible to purchase and possess the suppressor under applicable federal and Kentucky law.

IMPORTANT

Not every suppressor transaction will necessarily qualify for this process. Next Level Ranges may require the traditional Form 4 process or additional review when a transaction does not clearly meet our current requirements.

This policy is based on the current federal injunction and may be changed, limited, or paused if the court order, federal law, or ATF guidance changes.
