What You’ll Learn

Designed for new shooters who want to develop a strong foundation in handgun safety, handling, and marksmanship. This course introduces students to the fundamentals of pistol shooting, covering essential topics such as firearm safety rules, proper grip, stance, sight alignment, trigger control, and recoil management.

Participants will learn range etiquette, how to safely load, unload, and operate a pistol. Live-fire exercises will help students build confidence and accuracy under the guidance of experienced instructors. Through hands-on training and practical drills, students will develop the skills needed to handle a pistol safely and effectively. This course provides a comprehensive introduction to handgun use, as a foundation for more advanced skill development.

The Next Level Basic pistol is recommended before taking this class, making it ideal newer shooters or those looking to refresh their basic skills. By the end of the course, participants will have the knowledge and confidence to handle a pistol safely and responsibly in a controlled environment.

Cancellation Policy: Students are required to cancel at least 48 hours in advance of a class date in order to receive a full refund. Classes cancelled less than 48 hours before the class will not be refunded. If the class needs to be rescheduled your fee will be applied to future training dates.
